Non-Alcohol

This beer is produced almost exclusively with North Carolina grown barley and wheat, but the voice of the beer comes from the fruity combination of Amarillo and Mosaic hops. It has a light caramel sweetness, approachable bitterness and is bursting with bright lemon/lime citrus, tropical fruitiness, with a crisp cracker finish.

Made with the traditional spices of bitter orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, and a large portion of locally grown malt. Our special yeast lends a sweet orange creaminess that compliments the bright, fruity spices and the clean, dry malt palate.
